THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.610 OF 2006 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The order passed by this Court on 13.09.2019 reads as under:- "There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. As a matter of fact, on 27.08.2019 also there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Thereafter, the matter underwent adjournments on 30.08.2019 and 06.09.2019. Even on those dates, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the Criminal Revision Case. However, to give one more opportunity, post on 16.09.2019 under the same caption."

From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case diligently. Therefore, looking at the docket proceedings, this Court is not inclined to show any further indulgence to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
