This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in passing orders dated 15-11-2003 in PD/SC/3200/84/2003 as arbitrary, contrary to law and violative of principles of natural justice.

This Court granted interim direction on 27-11-2003. Advocate for petitioner submitted that in view of the interim direction, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Considering the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim orders dated 27-11-2003. No costs.

As a sequel to the disposal of this writ petition, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
