This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the objections filed by the petitioners dt.12.07.2019, requesting to scrutinize the voters list by deleting the members who have criminal cases and who have misused the funds of the society and to conduct the elections of the society smoothly. The only grievance of the petitioners is that they have made objections on 12.07.2019 in pursuance to the notice in Rc.No.894/2012-Hsg., dt.10.07.2019, issued by the 2nd respondent regarding voters list, but the same is not being considered. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Cooperation.

Since it is stated that the objections filed by the petitioners are pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the same and take action in accordance with law. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
