As there was no representation for the petitioners on 30.11.2017 and 08.12.2017, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Today also, in spite of the matter being listed under the said caption, there is no representation for the petitioners either in the morning session or in the afternoon session. It appears, the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter further.
