THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU WRIT PETITION No.14563 of 2015 ORDER:

Challenging the notice dated 05.05.2015 issued by the 3rd respondent- Tahsildar, Balanagar Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, proposing to conduct survey and fix boundaries of the land admeasuring Ac.1-50 cents in Sy.No.42 of Nerralapally Village, Balanagar Mandal, and take possession of the said land, the petitioner filed the present writ petition. Heard both sides.

Since it is stated in the impugned notice that a survey will be conducted, the petitioner can raise his objections before conducting the survey and if any such objections are raised, the same shall be taken note of by the surveyors at the time of conducting survey.
