Sri V.Jagapathi, learned counsel appearing for petitioner in W.P.No.12972 of 2010 and 486 of 2011 submits that in view of the interim order passed by this Court on 15.2.2011 in W.P.M.P.No. 607 of 2011 in WP No.486 of 2011 petitioner is continuing in service and cause in these writ petitions no more survive. Sri Sunil Kumar, holding for Smt Udaya Sri, counsel on record for petitioners in W.P. Nos. 18328 and 29105 of 2010 submits that petitioners therein retired from service and cause in these writ petitions also no more survive.
