This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the orders dated 27.01.2017 passed in Crl.M.P.No.262 of 2017 in C.C.No.144 of 2016 on the file of the XXV Special Magistrate, Erramanzil, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to urge the points raised in this criminal petition before the trial Court including the probative value of the documents.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to urge the points raised in this criminal petition before the trial Court including the probative value of the documents.
