HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 12682 of 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to appoint the petitioner as Conductor with effect from 22.05.2002 with all consequential benefits. While admitting the writ petition, this Court directed the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment as Conductor within four weeks, vide orders dated 06.09.2002 in WPMP No.15755 of 2002.

In view of the interim orders passed by this Court, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
