B/O ns I.A.NO.1 OF 2022 This application is filed by the petitioner/A3 seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.P.No.4204 of 2022 on 05.05.2022 while granting bail to the petitioner and Accused No.1 that they should appear before the Station House Officer, Miryalguda I Town Police Station, Nalgonda District on every Sunday between 09.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. until further orders.

Learned Counsel for petitioner/Accused No.3 submits that eversince the date of order, the petitioner is abiding by the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court, which is not disputed by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the Respondent-State. Taking into consideration of the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, the condition imposed upon the petitioner/Accused No.3 in Crl.Petition No.4204 of 2022 on 05.05.2022, is hereby relaxed and the other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered. However, petitioner/Accused shall appear before the investigating authorities as and when required.

Accordingly, IA is ordered.
