HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION NO.6211 of 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging grant of lease to unofficial respondent no.6 for quarrying the gravel from his land admeasuring Ac.112 cents in Sy.No.268/2B situated at Timmareddipalem H/o kotikalapudi village of Addanki Mandal, Prakasam District, contrary to Rule 6 read with Rule 9 of the A.P. Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1966, without disposing of the representation of the petitioners. When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the period of lease is for a period of five years and the same has already been expired and in view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.
