THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD CONTEMPT CASE No.1040 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the orders of this Court, dated 26.04.2018, passed in W.P.No.3958 of 2018.

Heard Sri A.Nagendra Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri M.P.Sanjay, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents. Perused the material record. 3.

In the Additional counter affidavit filed by the 2nd respondent, who is the Assistant General Manager, State Bank of India, Secunderabad, on behalf of the respondents, it is represented that the original sale deed documents pertaining to the petitioner are misplaced and they are untraced. 4.

In view of the above, the respondent Bank comes forward to indemnify the petitioner and the purchaser of the property Mr.Goli Shravan Kumar as under:

(i) by executing appropriate indemnity bond to Mr.Goli Shravan Kumar;

(ii) by filing a complaint before the police regarding the original sale deed documents, which are lost; (iii) by issuing a paper publication;

(iv) by obtaining a certified copy from the concerned SubRegistrar office;

TA,J MACMA.No.1454 of 2008 (v) the entire documents as indicated shall be handed over to the petitioner and one set also to the vendee of the property Mr.Goli Shravan Kumar under proper acknowledgement; and (vi) The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four (04) weeks as per the respondent Bank Officials.

Recording the same, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
