ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to cause necessary enquiry and remove the illegal/unauthorized constructions made by the 3rd respondent in Manasa Park View Apartments (H.No.8-24-6), Subbarao Street, Gandhi Nagar, Kakinada, East Godavari District."
Sri P.Ravi Shanker, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter, dated 04.01.2016, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein it is mentioned that during the pendency of this writ petition, respondent No.3 has given an undertaking that he would remove the illegal and unauthorised constructions and further assured that in future, no
inconvenience will be caused to the residents of the apartment concerned. In view of the same, the petitioner has requested for permission to withdraw the writ petition.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, WP.M.P.No.16844 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
