THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.13966 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of her grievance, petitioner herein submitted representation on 12.10.2015 to the State Government-first respondent herein but no action has been taken so far.

A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the first respondent to verify the representation, dated 12.10.2015, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that if any such representation is pending consideration before the first respondent, the same would be verified and appropriate action would be taken in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the first respondent to verify the representation, dated 12.10.2015, said to have been submitted

by the petitioner herein, and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, after giving opportunity to the petitioner herein. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
