This petition is filed, by the petitioner, seeking for quash of the proceedings against him in Crime No.303 of 2012 on the file of the Panjagutta Police Station, Hyberabad District.

The offences alleged are under Sections 406, 418, 420, 426, and 506 IPC.

The Public Prosecutor files a Memo stating that the police has referred the case as civil in nature on 15.11.2013 before the court of XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally. 3.

Hence, considering the above, this court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim stay granted by this court on 02.09.2013 in this petition shall stand vacated.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
