THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2694 of 2018 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner would fairly submit that subsequent to dismissal of I.A.No.887 of 2017 in O.P.No.807 of 2013 by the Court below, even a psychiatrist was examined as PW.3, whose evidence, according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, would reflect that the respondent - wife was suffering from mental illness. In such an event, unless the evidence of PW.3 is evaluated, no reasonable order can be passed in the present revision petition. Hence, giving liberty to the petitioner to re-agitate the issue by making yet another application of similar nature, the present Civil Revision petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
