This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to dispense with the presence of the petitioner/A1 in C.C.No.1015 of 2013 on the file of the Court of X Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to file a petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C.

Permission is granted.
