It is the case of the petitioner that he worked as Mate in the P.L.Devi Peta Gram Panchayat, Burja Mandal, Srikakulam District under National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme since 2007 and assigned Job Card No.10069. In recognition of his services, the Janmabhoomi Maavoori Committee (JBMV) of Sativada Gram Panchayat passed resolution on 27.01.2018 recommending the name of the petitioner for appointment as Senior Mate for supervising the MGNREGS works and also for ISL Geo-tagging the said works. The 5th respondent has sent the said resolution to the 4th respondent for issuing appointment orders in favour of the petitioner. As no orders are passed, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 3 to 5.

Since the 5th respondent has already sent the resolution to the 4th respondent and the representation of the petitioner dated 22.03.2018 is already pending with the 4th respondent, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.03.2018 for appointing him as Senior Mate in P.L.Devipeta Gram Panchayat of Burja Mandal in Srikakulam District by considering the JBMV Committee of P.L.Devipeta Gram Panchayat's Resolution dated 27.01.2018 and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed. _______________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 23.04.2018 kvs
