Ramasubramanian, J) The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking various prayers, including a direction to grant affiliation. No interim order could be passed at the time when the writ petition came up for hearing. The date for counseling and admission of students has already expired. Therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
