THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.15028 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

When the matter is taken up, a letter bearing Rc.No./A/4280/2015, dated 29.04.2018, addressed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Amalapuram, East Godavari District to the office of the learned Government Pleader, is placed on record. The last paragraph of the said letter reads as under: "In the above circumstances, the authorization of Smt.Masakapalli Parvathi, Dealer, F.P.Shop No.16 , Kathimanda village, Malkipuram mandal is hereby restored subject to outcome of the orders from the Honourable High Court in W.P.No.8042/2018. The Tahsildar, Malkipuram is directed release Essential Commodities fromMay 2018 onwards in her favour and to submit proposals for renewal of authorization at an early date".

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of by placing on record the above said instructions. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
