HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRL.R.C.No.1148 of 2013 ORDER:

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 03.07.2013 and 15.07.3013, none appeared for the petitioner nor any representation was made on his behalf and hence the matter was adjourned. On 06.07.2015 also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner nor there was any representation on his behalf either during forenoon session or in the afternoon session. Hence, it is clear that petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. The Criminal Revision Case is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
