THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.46 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw O.P.No.526 of 2016 on the file of the Family Court, Secunderabad, and transfer the same to Family Court, Karimnagar, for disposal in accordance with law.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the parties have amicably settled the matter outside the Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
