HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO C.C.C.A.No.251 of 2006 ORDER :

This appeal, under Section 96 of C.P.C, is filed aggrieved by the decree and Judgment dated 12.07.2006 in O.S. No.328 of 1999 on the file of III Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

2) During pendency of the appeal, at the request of the parties, the matter was referred to A.P. High Court Legal Services Committee for settlement.

3) When the matter is called, it is submitted that the subject matter of this appeal has been amicably settled before the Lok Adalat and an Award was passed on 10.10.2015, under Section 21 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 and the said Award is placed before this Court.

4) In that view of the matter, the Appeal Suit is disposed of in terms of the memorandum of compromise filed in C.C.C.A. M.P.No.500 of 2015 which shall be made part and parcel of the award and decree, dated 10.10.2015, passed by the Lok Adalat. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
