THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.12417 of 2013 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.188 of 2013 on the file of the Mudigonda Police Station, Khammam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 171 (e) and 188 of I.P.C. and Section 211 read with Section 228 of Panchayat Raj Act.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that the charge-sheet was already filed in this case and hence nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition.
