THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2323 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner, the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.3.

2. The present Contempt Case is filed alleging nonimplementation of the order dated 11.08.2015 in W.P.No.25208 of 2015.

3. It is represented by the learned Government Pleader as well as the learned Standing Counsel that pursuant to the order in W.P.No.25208 of 2015, the representation of the petitioner was considered and his license was renewed.

4. In that view of the matter, no contempt arises and the Contempt Case is dismissed. No order as to costs.
