THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.27770 OF 2011 ORDER:
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would inform the Court that at the time of filing the writ petition, there was interference with the possession of the petitioner's house bearing No.6-3-697/3/1, by the respondents. However, after filing the writ petition, there was no interference by the respondents till date. Therefore, no cause would survive in the writ petition.
Respondent No.1 filed counter affidavit denying the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and inter alia contends that the respondent-police never interfered with the possession and enjoyment of the subject property in question except investigating into the Crime No.737 of 2011 under Section 324 r/w 34 IPC on the file of Panjagutta P.S. Hyderabad.
In view of the above said facts, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.
