In view of the averments made in the instant petition and the submissions made by the counsel for petitioner, the X-Additional District Judge, Guntur at Gurazala, is directed to number the suit O.S.(CFR).No.314 of 2017 and take it on file, and thereafter, pass reasoned order if the suit is not maintainable. 3.
