ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Certiorari to call for the records leading upto and issuing of the notice, dated 08.8.2011, by the respondent and to set aside the same as it is contrary to the Andhra Pradesh State CoOperative Societies Act, 1964, arbitrary and violative of Article-14 of the Constitution of India.

At the hearing, Sri Y.Subrahmanyam, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. In the light of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed

as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 24.8.2011, is vacated and WPMP.No.29194 of 2011 & WVMP.No.3727 of 2012 are dismissed as infructuous.
