The only grievance of the petitioners is that though they are implicated in bailable offence, but the respondents are trying to retain them in the police station. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

It is to be seen that if petitioners are implicated in bailable offence and they are ready to furnish sureties, the respondents have to consider the same before taking appropriate steps.

With the above observations, the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
