ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following relief - ".....to an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction a specially one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the Respondents in deducting the crop insurance premium from the loan amounts to be disbursed to the members of the petitioners societies as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Article 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and issue consequential direction not to deduct any crop insurance premium from the loans disbursed to the members of the petitioners societies...."

In as much as the writ petition pertaining to the year 2011 and considering the fact that pending disposal of the writ petition this Court by order dated 29.07.2011 directed the respondents not to deduct the crop insurance premium from the petitioners/Members, no further orders need to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs. _____________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J.
