Having regard to the G.O.Rt.No.621 Panchayat Raj & Rural Development (PTS.II) Department, dt.05.10.2017 releasing a sum of Rs.3,76,25,000/- to the petitioner-Gram Panchayat towards seigniorage grant, the counsel for petitioner states that the interim order, whose noncompliance is alleged in the Contempt Case, stood complied with. 2.
In view of the said submission, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
