These Contempt Cases are filed alleging willful and deliberate violation of the orders of this Court dated 14.07.2016 passed in Writ Petition Nos. 10051 and 10052 respectively. Today when the cases are taken up for consideration, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the orders passed by this Court supra have been complied with and that no further orders need be passed in the present Contempt Cases. Recording the said submissions of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Contempt Cases are closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Contempt Cases shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
