THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.14801 of 2008 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the present writ petition is filed challenging the award dated 10.04.2007 passed in I.D.No.202 of 2003 and the said award was in favour of the 2nd respondent. However, the writ petition is dismissed for default against the 2nd respondent on 24.06.2011 and no steps are taken to see that the writ petition is restored against the 2nd respondent. In the absence of the 2nd respondent, this writ petition cannot be adjudicated on merits.
