No. 55 OF 2022 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Dr. Justice Chillakur Sumalatha) Challenge in this Appeal is the order that is rendered by the Family Court-cum-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Karimnagar, in F.C.O.P.No. 36 of 2018, dated 28.03.2022. 2.

Heard Ms.Chaitanya, learned counsel, who appeared on behalf of Sri K.Ravikanth, learned counsel on record for the appellant, as well as Sri Alladi Ravinder, learned counsel for the respondent.

Both the learned counsel submits that the matter is amicably settled between the parties and a Memorandum of Understanding dated 02.10.2022 was entered into between the parties.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the Appeal, in the light of the Memorandum of Understanding that was entered into between both the parties.

Recording the submission thus made, permission, as prayed for, is accorded.

The Family Court Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
