This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the action of the respondents in registering F.I.R.No.535 of 2016 on the file of the 3rd respondent as illegal and arbitrary and consequently quash the same. 2.

Today when the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader submitted that in this matter charge sheet has been filed. 3.

In view of filing of charge sheet in the above crime, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
