HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4714 of 2018 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/accused seeks to quash the FIR in Crime No.802 of 2017 of Medipally PS, Rachakonda, which was registered for the offences under Sections 420, 384 IPC.

2) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 19.04.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Medipally PS, Rachakonda Commissionerate and submitted that investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed on 05.12.2017 before III Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar and CC is awaited and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR No.802 of 2017 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

3) No representation for learned counsel for petitioner. 4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous.
