HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.9004 of 2015 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.15094 of 2014 COMMON ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.113 of 2014 of Women Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 420 IPC.

2. Pending the criminal petition, the 2nd respondent/de facto complainant filed Crl.M.P.No.9004 of 2015 and a joint memo stating that they amicably settled the matter to purchase peace and, therefore, to accord permission to compound the above offences.

3. Having heard the parties, permission is thereby accorded as the parties stated that they have amicably settled the matter to purchase peace. Accordingly, the offences are compounded in terms of their compromise at the instance of the de facto complainant since present with the petitioners/A.1 to A.5.

4. Accordingly, Crl.P.M.P.No.9004 of 2015 is allowed. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to Crime No.113 of 2014 of Women Police Station, Nalgonda District, are quashed against the

petitioners/A.1 to A.5.

The bail bonds of the petitioners/A.1 to A.5, if any, shall stand cancelled.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
