HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.KANTHA RAO W.P.No.23166 of 2015 ORDER:

Initially, the petitioners were appointed as Drivers and Conductors in APSRTC. They are aggrieved by the inaction in allowing them 20 years special grade increment though they are entitled as per the Circular bearing No.PD-04/2011, dated 12.1.2011 issued by the Corporation.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by orders of this Court in W.P.No.7355 of 2012, dated 21.03.2012 and W.P.No.23783 of 2012, dated 28.09.2012.

Following the same, this Writ Petition is allowed directing the respondent-Corporation to consider the petitioners' cases for granting special grade increments on completion of 20 years of service by considering their total service in the Corporation irrespective of the regions and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________ JUSTICE R.KANTHA RAO
