THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.25961 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondent No.3 in not taking any action on the complaint dated 21.06.2017 given by the petitioner.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has given a complaint on 21.06.2017, against one Smt.G.Bhagyamma, G. Ashok Babu and her daughters, complaining that a part of the wall of his house, situated in the house bearing No.4-36-192, R.P. Colony, Jagathgiri Gutta, was broken by them, no action has been taken thereon by respondent No.3, so far.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that based on the report of the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.590 of 2017, for the offences punishable under Sections 448 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code, on the file of Jagadgiri Gutta Police Station and the investigation is in progress. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Pleader for Home, this Writ Petition is closed, as no further orders are required. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
