This revision petition is filed under Section 115 CPC challenging the orders dated 07.08.2015 in E.P.No.437 of 2013 in O.S.No.627 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kurnool.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition and to that effect he also filed letter dated 07.04.2017 before the Registry.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
