The grievance of the petitioners was with regard to the registration of Crime No.150/2015 on the file of Vetapalem Police Station, Prakasam District, against them. This Crime was registered under Sections 452 and 506 IPC r/w 34 IPC.

2. Written instructions dated 21.12.2015 were furnished by the Inspector of Police, Chirala Rural Circle, Prakasam District, stating that after due investigation the police authorities found enough evidence to proceed in the matter and accordingly laid a charge sheet against the petitioners on 25.11.2015 before the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge, Chirala. Calendar Case Number was stated to be awaited.

3. In the light of the aforestated developments, the petitioners' grievance

with regard to the registration of the crime no longer survives for consideration.

The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
