Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

2. The petitioner, who is accused No.16, filed the present application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking release in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.157 of 2015 of Allagadda Town Police Station, Kurnool District, registered for the offences punishable Sections 147, 148, 307, 324 and 302 IPC read with Section 149 IPC.

3. Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to consider his application by the trial Court at the earliest.

4. In view of the above and having regard to the fact that all the other accused were released on bail, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to dispose of the bail application filed after his surrender, as expeditiously as possible. ________________________________ JUSTICE C.
