HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.5941 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard.

The petitioner states that the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.1218 of 2012, dated 28-09-2012, gave liberty to him to make a representation before the 3rd respondent and that the 3rd respondent was directed to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. The petitioner states that he made a representation before the 3rd respondent on 10-02-2015, but no action is taken by the 3rd respondent. The petitioner has also impleaded the 4th respondent alleging that he is also not taking any action in providing protection to his lands admeasuring Ac.4-26 cents in R.S.No.322/1 and Ac.4-00 cents in R.S.No.225/P situated at Jellelagudem Village, Polavaram Mandal, West Godavari District. Learned Government Pleader has received instructions from the 4th respondent, which state that the petitioner has not approached the 4th respondent and as and when the petitioner approaches, the 4th respondent will take appropriate action in accordance with law.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the 3rd respondent states that he has not received any instructions. The petitioner's representation (Ex.P-1), dated 10-02-2015 appears to be pending with the 3rd respondent and in terms of the directions of the Division Bench referred to above, the 3rd respondent is required to act accordingly. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action on the representation of the petitioner (Ex.P-1) referred to above. The petitioner is also at liberty to approach the 4th respondent and seek protection, if any further cause of action arises. No order as to costs.
