Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.
Petitioner claims that he purchased Ac.0-10 guntas of land in Sy.No.78/E in Kamkole Village, Munipally Mandalam, Sanga Reddy District, from its lawful owner Sri Begari Anthaiah @ M. Ramulu on 06.09.2016. Petitioner claims that he filed application through T.S.Online on 10.01.2019 which was acknowledged by the respondents, for mutation of his name in the revenue records. A copy of the receipt issued by T.S.Online is enclosed at Page No.9 as Ex.P.1. However, from a reading of Ex.P.1 it is seen that firstly it contains the application for pattadar authentication and secondly, it does not contain the name of the applicant.

Having regard to the same, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief prayed by the petitioner. Therefore, petitioner is granted liberty to make application in prescribed form through online web portal. On filing such application, the Tahsildar, Munipally Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, shall consider the same by following the procedure as envisaged in Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 read with the Rules made there under. It is needless to observe that the Tahsildar shall follow due procedure, call for objections from the persons whose names are mutated in the revenue records on the said property and only after
following due procedure, he shall undertake the exercise of mutation of name of the petitioner, if such claim is valid. 4.
