THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.5459 OF 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners is that, though revision was filed before the District Collector, Visakhapatnam (second respondent), the same has not been disposed of till date. Hence the Writ Petition.

Heard the Learned Counsel for the petitioners, and the Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (TG). Considering the fact that the revision is pending before the second respondent, ends of justice would be met if the second respondent is directed to dispose of the revision said to have been filed by the petitioners in the year 2011 within a period of four months from today.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of directing the second respondent to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioners within a period of four months from today. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
