This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioner-accused No.1, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.82 of 2017 on the file of Station House Officer, Women Police Station, Southzone, Hyderabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 506 and 406 IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

In view of order, dated 30.08.2017, passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.7799 of 2017, no further orders are necessary in this petition for the time being.
