C.R.P. No.3222 of 2015 ORDER:

This revision petition has been filed against the order dated 30.04.2015 passed in E.A. No.12 of 2013 in E.P. No.51 of 2012 in RCC. No.14 of 2007 on the file of Rent Controller-cum-IV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Vijayawada.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner at length and after perusal of the impugned order, when this Court came to the conclusion that there is no reason to interfere with the impugned order and the impugned order does not suffer from any legal infirmity, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the premises in question is a residential and the time stipulated by the Court below to vacate the premises in question is shortly going to be expired, therefore, the learned counsel requested some reasonable time may be granted to vacate the premises in question. In that view of the matter, without going into the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to dismiss the revision petition granting four months time to vacate the premises in question. Accordingly, this revision petition is dismissed granting four months time to the petitioner to vacate the premises in question, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
