CVNR, J & GSP, J WA.Nos.1346 of 2017 & batch Dated:15.9.2017 COMMON ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This batch of Writ Appeals is filed questioning common order, dated 22.6.2016, in Writ Petition Nos.719, 40083 and 721 of 2015, 36589, 36847 and 37762 of 2014, 25472, 23725, 726, 30359 and 25050 of 2015, respectively.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for both the parties have agreed that Writ Appeal No.1080 of 2017 and batch, arising out of the common order, dated 22.6.2017, against which the present Writ Appeals are filed, was allowed, vide common judgment, dated 06.9.2017, with certain directions and that, these Writ Appeals may also be disposed of in terms of the said judgment. Accordingly, these Writ Appeals are allowed following the judgment, dated 06.9.2017, in Writ Appeal No.1080 of 2017 and batch, with the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this order.

As a sequel, all the pending Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
