HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.18146 OF 2015 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) It is submitted that in view of the interim order of this Court, dated 22-06-2015, staying the auction pursuant to the auction notice, dated 24-05-2015, auction was not conducted, and, thus, cause in this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. The interim order, dated 22-06-2015 is vacated. It is made clear that it is open for the respondent to take steps in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition stand disposed of.
