It is brought to our notice that the matter was settled out of Court and suit OS.No.93 of 2011 on the file of II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, out of which this CMA arises, itself was decreed in terms of compromise on 04.09.2012 and therefore, the cause in this Appeal no longer survives for adjudication.

In view of the said submission, this CMA is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand dismissed.
