ORDER:

The simple, but legitimate, grievance of the petitioners is against the inaction of respondent No.2 in furnishing information to them as to the persons who entered the land admeasuring Ac.1.54 cents in Survey No.770/C2 situated in Ward No.51, Bellary Road, Kallur Village and Mandal, Kurnool District, claimed by them, and raising the constructions thereon.

Considering the fact that the petitioners made their representation on 10.01.2016, to respondent No.2, the latter is directed to furnish the information sought by the petitioners within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.2442 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
